王郡,女,1990年10月生人,2019年毕业于合肥工业大学,获博士学位,合肥学院双能型教师,担任Food and Chemical Toxicology,Frontiers in Nutrition,All life,Natural Product Research,Journal of Food Biochemistry等多家国外SCI期刊审稿人。

生物信息学分析,药食同源化合物功能研究,功能性食品开发,果蔬加工
